Water is good ..... drink water
When doing squats and lunges bend your legs 90o and contract your abs and gluts
When doing panks, mountain climbers, spider, push ups or abs, always keep core contracted and strong
When bending arms, always 90o
If beginner or can't jump, just do all exercises without jumping
When expiring = max effort ? when inspiring = relaxing
